Hi Shannon,

The introductory chapters will probably be helpful for the non-techy, while the latter chapters are highly technical. You may want to also check out "Virtualization: A Beginners Guide" (Ruest and Ruest) as it is more up-to-date. My book was published in 2005 and is a bookasaurus by today's standards.

And yes I'm also on twitter (cswolf).

Virtualization: From the Desktop to the Enterprise

Is this book suggested for a non-technical account manager? If not, what do you suggest?

Are you on Twitter, or is there any other way to follow your updates?

Thanks! Shannon
